EBS ECC / SRM / PLM : Users locked out 1200 January 29 - 0600 February 2
  • J8 and DFAS will execute January month end close activities starting at 1200 - 0700 January 29
  • User will access new S/4 application starting 0600 February 2, which will replace existing ECC application
Portal: Internal and External outage from 0900 - 0930 January 31
DIBBS / JDA: Applications will be available, however no data will be exchanged with ECC and SRM during the outage
EA2: All EA2 applications (BW on Hana (PB1/PV1), ERP RDS Sidecar, Palantir, Qlik Sense, Enterprise Dashboard, Cloudera Data Platform (CDP), Cloudera Data Science Workbench (CDSW), SAS Viya, BusinessObjects (BO), Analysis for Office (AFO) Reports, Celonis) will be up and available, except PV1 and PB1, which has downtime on the evening of January 29.
  • BW on Hana (PB1/PV1) Data: Will last load on the morning of January 29 and will be refreshed on February 5. Data will be stale from January 29 - February 4.
  • ERP RDS Sidecar (PHA) Data: Data will be stale from January 29 - February 2. Replication from S/4 to PHA will occur in phases from February 2 - February 16, and will become available at various times throughout this period.
  • Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) Data: Data will be stale from 1200 January 29 - February 2.
  • Full refresh of data in Advana is expected to be completed by March 2.
  • All outbound file transfers from EA2 to external systems will be suspended from January 29 to February 5 and will resume on February 6.
  • Reporting and Data Discovery capabilities will remain operational while applications are available; however, data will be stale as outlined above.
EEBP users
In alignment with DoD Zero Trust cybersecurity measures, the DLA External Portal will integrate with DLA Okta in production on August 16, 2025.

This integration will not affect the core functionality of the DLA External Portal. Users accessing the External Portal will be automatically redirected to Okta to facilitate authentication, utilizing the following methods based on user type:

  • DoD Users: DoD CAC
  • Federal Agency Users: Fed PIV
  • Non-DoD, Non-Federal Users: User ID and Password

  • External Portal users who use User ID and Password, Common Access Card or PIV card to login must change their Password in AMPS every 30 days per DOD policy.
  • Users must access each EEBP application every 30 days or your account will be locked.
  • If you gained access to EEBP and the functionality appears to not be working as expected or the supporting data is not as expected, please contact your BPA and/or Supervisor. If they are unable to assist, call the DISA Global Service Desk at 1-844-347-2457.
DOD CAC users
Please ensure when you login to the EBS Portal to select the -PIV (AUTHENTICATION)- Certificate on your CAC card.
  • In accordance with DOD CIO Memorandum released on December 7, 2018, all DOD applications are mandated to use the PIV certificate for authentication as of May 1 2020.
  • External Portal has been modified to support PIV certificates as of March 2020.
Federal PIV and userID/password users
Non-CAC/PIV accounts with username and password credentials will be required to update their passwords once every 60 days.

DLA Enternal Business Portal Working with Industry and the Services to support the Warfighter
Effective immediately ETID customers cannot submit electronic turn in documents to DLA Disposition Services sites at 29 Palms, Travis, Gordon, Port Hueneme, Selfridge, Yuma, or McAlester due to Network Optimization that has been communicated previously. In our attempt to keep our customers informed of the most recent changes to the Network Optimization process. We have Implemented our new Transportation Zip Code Mapping which went into effective February 1, 2018. To assist our customers identify their NEW designated turn-in field activity, we have created zip code maps that can be viewed on the below website.
